    Requests acknowledged the same business day. Borrower contact within the window your team specifies.

    Scheduling latitude

    Evening and weekend appointments are standard, not exceptions. We move at the speed of the closing calendar.

    Document preparation

    Packages printed in the appropriate paper sizes — letter, legal, and 11×17 where required — and tabbed per closing instructions.

    Scan-backs

    Same-day scan-backs of signed packages where required, transmitted via the title company's preferred secure portal.

    Drop-off & tracking

    FedEx, UPS, or USPS drop-off per closing instructions, with tracking number transmitted to the closing officer.

    Post-signing communication

    Issues at the table are flagged in writing immediately. Closing officers are not surprised after the fact.
