Six service lines — one professional standard.
From a single acknowledgment in a hospital room to a multi-document residential closing, each service is delivered with the same protocol: verified identification, accurate journaling, and discretion appropriate to the matter at hand.
Mobile Notary
Notarial services performed at a location of your choosing.Mobile notarization brings a commissioned notary to the signer — at home, at the office, in a hospital, or in an assisted-living or skilled-nursing facility. The engagement is structured exactly as it would be in an office setting: identification is verified, the signer's understanding and willingness are confirmed, and the notarial act is performed and journaled in accordance with Indiana law.
Common documents
- Powers of attorney (durable, healthcare, limited)
- Living wills and advance directives
- Affidavits and acknowledgments
- Title transfers and bills of sale
- Trust and estate documents (where notarization is permitted)
- Permission-to-travel forms for minors
At the appointment, please have
- Valid photo identification. Current, government-issued. Driver's license, state ID, or passport.
- The document(s) — unsigned. Notarial acts must be witnessed.
- Any required witnesses. Some documents (wills, certain healthcare forms) require independent witnesses in addition to the notary.
- A quiet space to read and sign without interruption.
Remote Online Notarization
A secure, video-based notarial appointment — anywhere in Indiana.Remote Online Notarization, or RON, allows a signer to appear before a commissioned Indiana notary via a secure two-way audio-visual platform. Identity is verified through credential analysis and knowledge-based authentication; the session is recorded; and the notarial certificate is applied electronically. The completed documents have the same legal effect as those notarized in person.
When RON is appropriate
- Out-of-area signers party to a transaction in Indiana
- Travelers, clinicians, military personnel, and others whose schedules don't permit in-person appointments
- Time-sensitive matters where coordinating an in-person meeting would cause delay
- Multi-party signings where participants are in different locations
What you'll need
- A camera-enabled device. Computer, tablet, or smartphone with a working camera and microphone.
- A current government-issued ID. The platform will scan and verify it.
- A stable internet connection. The session is recorded for the statutory retention period.
- The document(s) in PDF form, or to be sent in advance.
